I am married to Heather who is Scottish, have Liam aged 13 and Kara aged 11 and live in Edinburgh.

I have spent a large part of my working life involved in Christian Charity work, and currently am a fund raiser for OM Ships.

I have traveled all over the world and love going to new places. I am excited to be taking part in this challenge to climb Mount Kilimanjaro.

in May 2014 I celebrate my 50th birthday so I wanted a significant challenge to celebrate and raise money for a good cause. I decided on climbing Kilimanjaro and wanted to get a group of others to join me and help raise money for the Dalit Schools in India.

I know it is going to be a big challenge getting fit for the climb and raising the money but I am excited about this challenge. I hope you will join us for this challenge of a lifetime.
